Locks
There are three locks on the River Welland, the River Glen and the Black Sluice Navigation. All of them are manned by the Environment Agency.
To pass through any of these locks, you must contact the River Inspector before you arrive on 07721 390128.

Locks on the Welland, Glen and the Black Sluice Navigation
- Fulney Lock connects the non-tidal Welland with the tidal Welland.
- Surfleet Sluice connects the River Glen with the River Welland.
- Black Sluice Lock connects the Black Sluice Navigation with the tidal Boston Haven.
